Our challenge: Create a comprehensive Apollo Endosurgery brand promise and weight loss solutions platform factoring in the corporate vision, competition and patient/physician intelligence.
Our process: We got curious by conducting key stakeholder interviews and a category audit of adjacencies and competitive devices, as well as doctor and patient research. We then synthesized the information into key themes to formulate our brand.
